AvaGlobal International, Inc. respects the intellectual property of others and expects users of the avaTOK Services to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement consistent with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws.
Reporting alleged infringement
If you believe content on avaTOK infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at support@avatok.ai with the subject line "DMCA Notice". Your notice should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is allegedly infringing, with enough detail (e.g. a URL) for us to locate it.
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Our response
Upon receiving a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and notify the user who posted it. We may also terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of repeat infringers.
Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to support@avatok.ai including your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
AI-generated imagery
We have made our best efforts to use AI-generated imagery responsibly. If any image or content on avaTOK appears to infringe your rights or is otherwise objectionable, email support@avatok.ai and we will review and remove it. Any such inclusion was not intentional.
