Your role
You work as an independent contractor. You are not an employee of Hello Fraands. You choose your available hours and remain responsible for your conduct and statements.
Payment and conduct
Payment is calculated under rates, payouts & taxes. You must meet the host requirements and follow the host rules. Nobody else may use your account to take calls.
AI safety
Calls are not recorded. You agree that the platform's AI may follow your live calls in real time for safety and end calls that break the rules, as described in the recording & AI safety policy.
Wellbeing duties
You follow the welfare & crisis guide. You give no medical, medicine, legal, money or relationship advice. You do not flirt, form a romantic relationship, share contact details or meet callers. You do not keep a distressed or attached caller on the line to earn more minutes, or encourage a caller to depend on you — doing so is a removal offence. You flag welfare and attachment concerns promptly so the platform can act.
Suspension and termination
Rule breaches can lead to a warning, suspension or removal. Serious safety concerns may require immediate action. Any withheld earnings will be reviewed individually under the published payout terms and applicable law; a report alone does not forfeit earnings. You may stop hosting and request account closure.
Responsibility for your words
To the extent allowed by law, you agree to cover the platform's losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful statements or your breach of these rules. This does not remove rights that the law gives you.
Disputes
Contact the grievance officer first. Both sides will try mediation before court proceedings. Indian law applies. Subject to mandatory legal rights, courts at {{CITY}} have jurisdiction.
