Prepaid talk-time wallet

Callers top up a prepaid wallet with UPI and spend it on connected call minutes. The wallet is for calls on this platform only; it is not a bank account and earns no interest.

Rate and minimum balance

Each host sets a per-minute rate. The general-lane floor of ₹5/minute applies; the women-only space may have a separate minimum. The host's actual rate is shown before you call. You need at least two minutes of balance at that rate to start a call.

When charges start

Billing starts only when host and caller are connected, not while a phone rings or the host decides. Billing is per started minute: for example, 61 connected seconds at ₹5/minute costs ₹10. Declines, timeouts before connection and failed connections cost nothing.

A call can last as many whole minutes as your balance buys, up to 60 minutes per call. You hear a warning about 60 seconds before the limit, then the call ends automatically. Your balance can never go below zero.

Settlement and host earnings

Each call settles once against its connection and end records. The platform share per minute is ₹2 plus 40% of the amount above ₹2, with 18% GST included in the platform share. At ₹5/minute, this is ₹3.20 for the platform and ₹1.80 for the host. Host earnings are credited after each completed call and withdrawn to a UPI ID in the host's own name.

Withdrawing your balance

Unused wallet balance belongs to you. You can transfer it back to your own UPI ID from your dashboard at any time. Calls themselves are not refundable — see the refund policy.

Ended calls, bans and disputes

A call ended by either person, by # or by a safety action bills connected time under the same started-minute rule. If an account is banned, it can no longer make or receive calls, but the owner can still sign in to the dashboard and withdraw the remaining wallet balance to their UPI ID. Wallet balance is never forfeited as a penalty.
