How calls are kept safe
The host hears a private caller announcement and chooses whether to accept before the caller is dialled. Platform numbers hide each person's number from the other. Either person can hang up at any time; pressing # ends the call and blocks the other person.
While a call is live, AI follows the conversation and understands what the caller is trying to do — not just which words are used. It ends calls automatically on harassment, abuse, sexual pressure, threats and scams such as asking for an OTP or bank details, and spam numbers are blocked across the whole platform. Calls are not recorded and no human listens to live calls. Hosts get regular training on spotting scam and spam calls. Self-harm mentions are for welfare follow-up, never a strike.
You do not owe anyone your number, identity documents, money, private contact or another minute of conversation. Leave if you feel uncomfortable. The women-only guide explains eligibility, boundaries and respectful discussion of women's experiences. Most questions are answered in the FAQs.
