When to report

Please report if someone:

  • Is abusive, uses gaali or makes threats.
  • Pushes you for sexual talk or sexual pictures.
  • Asks for your OTP, UPI PIN, card or bank details.
  • Pretends to be from a bank, courier, police or government.
  • Asks for money outside the platform.
  • Asks for your phone number, WhatsApp, Instagram or UPI ID.
  • Tries to sell you something, such as products, loans or remedies.
  • Wants to meet you, or says they are under 18.

A call that was just boring or not your type is not a rule break. You can rate the host and try someone else.

How to report

  1. Go to the report page.
  2. Add the call ID. You can find it in your call history.
  3. Add the profile name of the person.
  4. Write what happened, in a few short lines.

If you are on a call and feel unsafe, you do not have to wait. Press # on your phone. It ends the call, blocks that person and reports the incident at once.

What happens next

  • Our trust and safety team reviews your report.
  • AI flags and reports are checked by a person before a strike is confirmed.
  • Three confirmed strikes lead to a permanent ban.
  • Threats, sexual harassment or fraud can lead to an immediate ban.
  • Scammers are blocked across the whole platform.

We keep the call details that help us check. These are who called whom, the time, the duration, and whether a person or a safety action ended the call. We do not record calls, so there is no audio to listen to.
