The women-only space is a separate lane on Hello Fraands. Only women talk to women here. It is for women who want to speak with someone who understands.

What it is

It is a private lane inside the platform. The caller is a woman. The host is a woman. No man can be on either side.

It works like the rest of the platform: you pick a host, you see the price, you pay per minute. Your number stays masked. The difference is who can be there.

Who can enter

Both the caller and the host must complete two checks before the lane even appears:

  1. Video KYC. KYC means “know your customer”. You do a short live video so we can see you are a real person.
  2. Aadhaar KYC. You verify your Aadhaar with an OTP sent to the mobile linked to it (or with DigiLocker if the OTP doesn’t work). This shows that you are a woman.

Your Aadhaar details are never shown on your profile or shared with the other person.

It is hidden from others

Accounts that are not verified cannot see the lane or call into it. It does not show up for them at all. A man cannot just click a button and enter.

Why a man cannot fake it

  • He needs to pass a live video check.
  • He needs Aadhaar verification that shows a woman.
  • This is checked on both sides, caller and host.
  • Until both are done, the lane does not appear.

So there is no easy way to get in by pretending.

An example

Neha is a caller from Jaipur. She wants to talk about something personal. She finishes her video KYC and Aadhaar KYC. Now she sees the women-only lane. She picks a host who is also a verified woman and starts her call. Nobody else can see this lane.

Rules still apply

The rest of the safety system works here too. The AI follows calls, # ends and blocks, and calls are not recorded. Harassment and sexual pressure are still not allowed.
