How do I create my account?

Creating an account on Hello Fraands is free and quick. You do not need a password. You only need to be 18 or older.

Sign up in simple steps

1. Open the website.
2. Enter your WhatsApp number or your email.
3. We send you a one-time code. This is called an OTP.
4. Type the code. Your account is ready.

Next time, you sign in the same way. There is no password to remember or lose.

Never share your OTP with anyone. Hello Fraands will never ask for your OTP, UPI PIN, password or bank details. Not on a call, not on WhatsApp, not on email.

Caller or host?

• A caller talks to hosts and pays per minute. You can start right after sign up.
• A host takes calls and earns money. Hosting opens after extra checks.
• You can be both on one account.

Why hosts must verify who they are

Hosts do two checks before they can take calls:

• Video KYC. KYC means “know your customer”. The host shows their face on a short video check.
• Aadhaar verification. The host confirms their Aadhaar with an OTP sent to the mobile linked to it. If that doesn’t work, they can use DigiLocker, a Government of India service, instead.

This keeps the service safe. You know that a host with the badge is a real adult. If you want to become a host, see Join & earn.

What stays private

A host’s legal name, Aadhaar details and phone number are never shown on their profile. They are never shared with you. The same is true for you. Your name, number and details are not shown to the host.

Leaving later

You can delete your account any time. Take your wallet balance back to your UPI first. Steps are at data deletion.
